Newspaper clipping request

So this may be a weird one, but on 21 January 1969, John reads a newspaper clipping about George assaulting a photographer in France at Cannes(?). There's a shot of it in one of the clips for the upcoming Get Back film, but I was wondering if anyone had a better (readable) version, or if someone could even point me to which newspaper it was that John was reading from. Thanks!
