REQ: You Know My Name 1967 Version?

Hi,

Has anybody produced a version of "You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)" that replicates its instrumental state in May and June 1967, prior to vocal overdubs in April 1969?

There are some programs that can takes some or all of the Vocals

Not sure if that's been done or not...If I get time, I'll see if I can do that

using Cool Edit.2.1

Others might be able to do the same
Huge Beatles Fan & collector Anything Beatles/Solo related,

which includes NEMS, Apple, Dark Horse, Ring'O, & MPL Labels

Beach Boys/Related, & The Byrds/CSNY/Related..& many other acts

I always find this song very odd, not just becuase of how it sounds, but I just can't picture the hairier, bearded Beatles doing those crazy vocals in April 1969!

I'm sorry, but this is clearly the 1969 version with the vocals oopsed, you can hear them throughout.

In another thread, Lord Reith noted that if you remove the center from the anthology version you essentially get the 1967 recording.
