It's 2.17 GB and seems like there's missing VTS_02_2.VOB file.

I am in the processing of extracting audio from DVD 2 and it's working fautlessly.

I concur, DVD2 does not work properly. It's missing a file or 2

I think you are right since Chapter 1 Title 3 is missing from the audio tracks
