So anyway, by my recollection, TMQ aka TMOQ was founded and run by two guys named "Dub" Taylor and Ken Douglas with illustrative contributions from Ken Stout.
Ken Stout? I think the name is William Stout.

The softcover version is A$98.50, but the shipping to Australia is $45. Too much for a softcover book IMHO.
