The original BBC TV rip of The Beatles playing Twist and Shout for Ready, Steady, Go! upscaled to 1080p and restored! This took me a lot of processing power and patience to finish so I hope everyone enjoys it!

Not sure what method you used but try the demo of Topaz Video Enhance and see what you think. The blog post offers before-and-after examples of some extreme enhancement of challenging originals.
I'm wondering if this isn't what Peter Jackson used for Get Back (?).

I use it for 75% of my restorations and I need to say it doesn't work for every video, and in this case, it wasn't needed at all for the restoration, the upscale Venny did on AviSynth is already pretty good.
And no, PJ's restoration team didn't use any kind of AI, they're professionals, all they did was re-scanning the original 16mm camera negatives to 4K and denoised it with some fancy plug-in to get rid of the film grain.
