Mine's on cassette tape from many years ago . Probably from the earliest boot release .

I can't help with the HS remaster, but I do have the silver Masterdisc from which it was taken.

haha. The storage is a shed out in the backyard, but I know the covers are in a box at the bottom of a huge stack of boxes.
