Fab original issued this in 2005 and then reissued again slightly upgraded in 2013 along with a BluRay:
BS1115 Compleat Beatles (2005)
BS2005 The Compleat Beatles Remastered Edition (2013)
BS2005BLU The Compleat Beatles (Blu-Ray)(2013)

Until someone posts one of those, here is a version I transferred from laserdisc.
