IMO 7zip solution is ok, but if you wanna convert "lossless" from dvd-Video-ts you must use MakeMKV: it is able in convert "lossless" from dvd to mkv file playlable with any videoplayer.
Handbrake is good to perform custom conversion, but video files need to be re-encoded, so result is NOT lossless.

from the beggining to the end.
