Can anyone upload this 2 disc set? Not sure (but most likely) if RMW did his remastering skills for this set. At the time it debut some MCRT tapes that was not bootlegged before.

Does anyone know how these 1980 sessions were leaked and why the quality is far from stellar? They're great to hear but they're hardly master tape quality. Sometimes it's a slog to get through multiple takes of the same songs but I think it would less of an issue if they sounded a bit better.

It would be interesting to hear how they got out into the open.

Thank you Jukka! Now I was listening to an episode of the Lost Lennon Tapes, and they were playing some MCRT tape of "Borrowed Time", Elliot mentions that they had to skip a few minutes because the recording quality was quite bad. Loads of distortion. They did try to play portion of the tape and yeah, it did sound a bit rough. Maybe the quality of this set is almost the same as the Borrowed Time session?
