David Frost's tapes have been curated and sorted into themes. The Beatles episode is out on BBC Sounds, but alas "This content is not available in your location", which is strange, because I can usually listen to all other BBC Radio programs on sounds.

Never mind, I found that this series is distributed as podcasts from various such providers globally.

Well, with the help of a VPN, I was able to record the file in MP4 and then converted the audio to FLAC.
Here's the audio hxxps://we.tl/t-jBVXdMFYVY and the MP4 hxxps://we.tl/t-tHX8NDaO0I

Re: The Frost Tapes - Beatles episode
Is it useful to convert an original 125kbps mp4 file into another 495kbps flac format?
The quality of the original file cannot be improved, although its size increases.
Or I'm wrong?
