I'm Down is easily the most unhinged Paul vocal and I love it for that reason.
The scream before the guitar solo in Can't Buy Me Love is more subdued but perfectly timed.
The screaming of the lyrics in the rooftop takes of I've Got A Feeling always get me going.

Might not be the best but I always have enjoyed Lennon's vocals on Bad Boy

The backing vocals of Helter Skelter (mono) as served by Lord Reith in White Out are the most energetic/manic harmonies I have ever heard.
They are what is pushing Paul's spirited vocal and "Daaaaaaaaaaaaancer! LOOK OWWT"!!! as if over Niagra Falls!(La la la la laaaaaaaaaaa)

I've always liked the screams Paul was able to pull off in "Long Tall Sally." Including the BBC version.

Well I'll chip in now and say my favourite is the Paul scream before the first guitar solo in Ohh My Soul. Totally unhinged.
Re: The Best Beatles Scream?
The double tracked screams right before the guitar solo in Can't Buy Me Love.
