Ringo's version of "See You Later Alligator"
Hello everyone!
I am new to this forum. I was wondering if someone who has heard Ringo's version of "See You Later Alligator" could share a review on it.
It was released on a digital-only charity album in december, but it was available for two weeks only, and I got late to the party. I would love to buy it now but unfortunately it's no longer available and it has already became a rarity. Therefore at least I'd like to know what it was like.
I guess that it was recorded during the "Change The World" sessions and it probably didn't make it due to "Rock Around The Clock" filling the spot.
Further info:

Thanks!

Re: Ringo's version of "See You Later Alligator"
I bought it some time after it came out and it's all standard Ringo fare. It's similar to the original but with a more modern, sped-up feel which works out well. Besides having a piano solo in place of the original's instrumental break, it's nothing of note.
Did it really get removed? I'd be surprised if this becomes one of those types of songs that get released digitally but still manages to become rare, like the version of Lady Madonna on the One World digital album or the 2013 remaster of Fly on the Wall from Let It Be Naked.

Thanks for the review! It might sound great. I love Ringo cover versions. I hope I can get to hear it one day. Unfortunately I missed the chance to buy it.

I believe that this will become an obscure rarity. I wonder why only two weeks of availability only...
