Appeal
Our Dear member Tex thought this
And that Christmas mashup was created BEFORE spectral demixing.
It could be radically improved today the creator really should revisit.
Challenge Your all Wizard producers are you up to it?
Make Tex wish come true and Give Mark a awsesome update to listen too this xmas
Happy Chrimbles/Crimbels
Mark says this ...I listen to this via mp3 EVERY Christmas period now. I haven't seen this posted here recently so thought I'd give it a plug.
It's an amazing, 9:30 secs long, amalgamation/mash up of material from the Christmas records and whoever did it is a genius.
Regards
ATN

Never saw this. You can tell it was done way before today's technical gadgets were introduced, but it's very cool. The challange is on, can one of our "on board wizards" whip up a new version.
Simply having a wonderful Christmastime

As a mash up producer myself i have nothing but admiration for this.
....AND THIS (from 2004!!!) >>>> hXXps://www.mediafire.com/?tpi5sqgnrm2n3sc ....Credt and immense props to to Hank Handy
Having produced 1000's of mash ups myself, i can tell you that planning and producing and assembling something like these can take weeks!
Personally. i'm busy putting together the next WTF mixes so don't have time this year.
Remind me next June....that may give me enough time LOL!

Ha ha thanks for this!!
In my opinion, the worst thing about it is the speeded up "Come on, come on, come oooooonnnn" which sounds like chipmunks! Surely now that could be made to sound at the right note without out speeding up the vocal?

I have a soft spot for the mashup that included all the instances of 'love' in the lyrics--my wife and I used an edit in our wedding.
(And our five-year-old daughter sang '"I've Just Seen a Face" acapella while her nervous dad had the cv ready in case she got stage fright.)
And we had a Moody Blues poem ("The Balance") and Zep's "The Rain Song" (my wife's fave band).
Sorry. Carried away.
