Re: The Beatles Blackpool, COLORIZED *DONE*
Haven't watched this show in probably a decade and it was great to see it in colour. Paul's solo appearance is like an alternate timeline where there was no Beatles. I was horrified to see his beautiful acoustic guitar come clattering down on the floor after he leaned it against his amp! Never noticed that before in B&W. Also great to see him and John singing on one mic. And George uses a very un-Beatley jazz chord in Act Naturally: a sharp ninth, which Hendrix popularized in songs like Purple Haze and Hey Joe. Although he also uses it at the very end of What Goes On. Wonder where he got that from?

I didn't see it on your YouTube page, but it would be something to see the Beatles Washington DC properly colorized. You have a knack for getting things just right. Is this something you've considered? Are there enough color images of the show to use as a reference?

Back when I started, I did a bunch of DC in color, but it was poorly done, I probably have every song from the show colorized on my MegaDrive..Ziggy C wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 8:14 pm I didn't see it on your YouTube page, but it would be something to see the Beatles Washington DC properly colorized. I do want to get back to it and make it high quality.
Currently I am coloring the entire Big Night Out 63 performance
