My friend, Joel,....well actually a schoolmate of my Dad's who still hangs out from time to time,....played with them briefly in the late 60's. The Bonzos are certainly an acquired taste. I haven't quite gotten into them. But then, it took me years to get into Grateful Dead, a totally different band, but nonetheless an acquired taste.
