This Hoerzu (Hörzu) CD was probably released by the same company as the "Odeon" CDs in the 90s.
It contains the Stereo version of Please Please Me together with 16 bonus tracks (Love Me Do, One After 909, Bad To Me and other takes from the Please Please Me era) and was release in Digipak format.
Maybe someone has a copy in her/his collection and would be so kind to upload it.
