Looking for all extra tracks not included on the regular Vertical Man CD

I hope I'm not breaking forum rules here. I'm looking for all the extra tracks that were not included on the standard CD. I didn't know about these until recently. Even if I'd known about the Best Buy Bonus CD, I don't think I would have been able to buy it in theUK as Best Buy won't ship to the UK.

Any help gratefully received.
