The making of 'Band on the Run' BBC tv documentary

Can anyone upload a BBC TV documentary on the making of BOTR featuring an interview with Paul by Dermot O'Leary. I just found the YouTube version but would appreciate MP4 with any possible artwork, please.

I have it in 720 SD, recorded from the TV. I'll hang fire from posting it in case someone comes along with a HD 1080 version. If no one does then I'll upload it.
