First audio enhancement project- where do I start?

I have a concert that has volume that needs to be improved - I have no vocabulary for this. I have Audacity installed. What do I do first to try to bring up the levels? I thought about trying Levelator, but it doesn't do batches, and there are 39 tracks.
She's a drag. A well-known drag. We turn the sound down on her and say rude things.

If you strive for perfection, it makes sense to consider the volume of each track individually.

Really you want vocals upfront then guitar and drums about the same level then bass a bit quieter and any other instruments same level as the bass
