G101 banned me without warning

Three nights ago, G101 slapped me with a 3-day ban for "rule violations." That's news to me, since I follow their rules to the letter. I checked again about an hour ago, and they elevated it to a full ban. I'm flummoxed over this. After sending two DM's to them without any response, I went ahead and sent a DM to their corporate company in Canada. Has anyone else experienced this?

I deleted my G101 cookies, so now I'm able to access it without the need to log in. The whole thing is petty, if you ask me.
