The original vinyl pressing of "Reel Music" was my introduction to the Beatles. I was 8 years old and my grandma had just brought it home from a yard sale. "I Am The Walrus" started side two and it blew my little mind. I'll never forget hearing it for the first time. That Christmas I had my mom running from store to store looking for a CD copy, unaware of the fact it was never released on CD. She ultimately, and thankfully, bought me the 1967-1970 set instead.
