Don't Let Me Down on the Rooftop

Post by bobzilla »

Rewatching the rooftop concert yesterday for the millionth-ish time, I had to chuckle at this segment of the first Don't Let Me Down performance because if you just watch these three without the music you would think they were all playing different songs the way they are all "dancing" so differently.

That's funny!

Now, has anyone ever studied the crowd? ie, how it grew, who was there on the different rooftops?

Ray Dagg was another police officer. He was only 19 years at the time.

Behind Starr’s kit is a painting by Tom Newman, singer with British psychedelic band July. He can be seen in the live scenes wearing a maroon jacket and standing beside a chimney stack behind The Beatles, and at the end of the concert retrieving the painting.
