I extracted the MULTI-TRACK SURROUND channels of these songs from the SDE DVD/Blurays and found the orchestral backing channels were isolated enough to mix and save to RECREATE isolation's similar to those documented in the Recording Sessions book. It's a fun learning experience as well -

Martha My Dear (brass and strings)
Honey Pie (ensemble, White Album SDE)
Savoy Truffle (ensemble, White Album SDE)
Piggies (ensemble, White Album SDE)
Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight (Abbey Road SDE)
The End
Something (Abbey Road SDE)
Here Comes The Sun
Across The Universe
The Long And Winding Road

George's arrangements are unmistakable. He loved to use cellos as a focal point, with little motifs played on the instrument that lift the whole piece.
