Nice shot of the Fender house amps there.
Part of the power of the Star Club tapes are those fabulous amps. George's guitar would never sound that "hot" again for another four years.

It would be great to see a release of the Star Club tapes.
But with most of the major players now deceased its hard to find out what is right cause memories change and fade over the years.

I actually think it is even less likely than the 1957 Woolton tape getting a release. I would love it to be true, but unless Peter can pull off another retelling of history (which i would be right behind... I've always thought these tapes had an undeserved bad rap) then it seems like a "difficult" release.
