The McCartney Years DVD set 5.1 Separations

Is anyone else having issues with 'More McCartney Years 5.1' ? I've downloaded these twice but the tracks are just full of white noise. The 'McCartney Years' play fine but these are FLAC files. 'More McCartney Years 5.1' are WAV files and none of them play, either in Foobar or Audacity. Do the WAV files have to be played in a certain way ?

[Edit] Just discovered that they will play in VLC and also note that the codec info states they are DTS files. Can these be opened as multitracks in Audacity etc ?
