edit: just noticed

1) I neglected to rename CD3 flac files as 03nn (disc# track #) like I did the first 2 CDs
2) CD3 track 14 flac file name has a period after 14 (14.) unlike the others and the title tag is not filled in. It should be:
filename: 0314 Message for Kiev.flac
title tag: Message for Kiev
