If you need some DVD ripping software that's been around for a good while and easy to work try DVD Shrink...you put the DVD in and you hit the button for open disc recognizes it you tell it where you want it to go after hitting back up and no more than 5 minutes you have a ripped DVD...when I was starting out a good guy taught me how to use it....I use nothing else!
