One-Drive download Speed

I was downloading from the misterclaudel link (https://onedrive.live.com/ authkey=%21AMPHCl7WO5mh1us&id=89BB398C5E05B5CB%219574&cid=89BB398C5E05B5CB) and it is downloading at a very slow speed (1-2MB per second). Does anybody have a solution for this? I've tried VPNs and it doesn't work

One Drive is horrible no matter what I have tried, the download speeds are pathetic.
