Yes, though you want to use Paste and Match Style. Otherwise the computer tries to paste the audio into the text file (!).
If it's a Rich Text file ... only text if it's a plain text file.

Turns the folder contents into a text file, which you can then clean up if necessary with Notepad++

Will list both files and folders, and the contents of folders if you wish.

There is a very old app, very simple but it still works on W10 quite well.
It is very interesting, because you can get the list of a folder in plain txt.
And after editing it in a word processor, you can replace the filenames with the edited names.
Read in detail the basic instructions, before venturing crazy. It has no UNDO option.

If anyone knows of a current app that does the same, I'd appreciate the info.
