I bought it along with The Black Album at Disc Connection in Westwood sometime around 1981 or 1982. I still have the vinyl, which also includes a press conference.

The radio announcers' description of the Beatles dropping instruments and bailing immediately after Long Tall Sally is priceless.
Agree wholeheartedly about the Vancouver radio show. Vancouver was one of the first gigs on this tour. No one was prepared for what was to happen. It must've been horrifying. The evening could very well have ended in tragedy, which would've put the rest of the tour in jeopardy. Had something horrifying happened, the press would've vilified the Beatles and Beatlemania might've ended (at least in North America) that evening.
There was an article I recall reading, along the way it got to where even Janitors that had to clean up after those early theatre inside shows were eventually interviewed too. The first four rows were generally known as "Gush Areas" and they did have some form of early plastic sheeting to offset the problem of young girls losing their bladders.

Now you have that as forever in your mind?

Vancouver was pictured more fainting thing.

🤔 I was eight years old and 400 miles in distance. Not even in radio range...
