The Shea film was shown in theaters, but never released on disk. Do u have a bootleg copy perhaps? A any rate, the Martin remixing was awful, being a combo of live and studio versions. The original sound rough but real. I'd love to have the theater release, and redub the audio!

Lord Reith recorded the whole thing through his car speaker system at a drive-in. I've also dug up old video promos for the release which offers a preview of the audio.
