While I'm on a Ram/Thrillington kick, does anyone know anything about this? Yep, my spidey senses are tingling at the suggestion the producer had access to the multitracks. Still interested in hearing it. (nice twist on the cover concept too)

"For some strange reason that was never clarified, Paul McCartney's second album after his split from The Beatles, "Ram" was released "out of phase".
The two channels of the Stereo recording were not well synchronized and this caused a faulty audition of the album IN ITS ENTIRETY.
None of the following editions and remasters solved this serious problem, the only way was to be able to access the Multitrack tapes.
For the first time, and after 50 years of its original edition, you can listen and enjoy "RAM" as it was conceived. Now you will hear the songs as they were originally written, arranged and recorded.
A labuor of love !!!!.
To differentiate this "Denifitiva" edition from all the others, the album's name has been changed to "Imagine" and a new cover has been included !!!!!!!!!.
RECENTLY REMASTERIZED WITH THE MOST MODERN TECHNOLOGY. NOW IT SOUNDS BETTER THAN EVER !!!!!!!!!
Req: McCartney Imagine (The Real Ram)
