Found this interesting website today, which shows that there are fans of Rock Band making their own stems of Beatles tracks to use in the RB game:

Yes, Mogg files can be decompiled in Audacity

the files they're offering have no extention... i tried renamimg one to .mogg but got nothing, i suspect they contain video and extra info
