Paul McCartney ...in the new world (Charlotte, 1993) [diff. source] NEW REMASTER
This Paul McCartney concert in Charlotte is well known and can be found on Misterclaudel mccd 699/670.
I recorded the concert in the 90's with my stereo video recorder and later burned the sound onto CD with a CD (there was such a thing ). Unfortunately the video has been lost.
This version has longer applause at the beginning and no fade out after 'Live and Let Die'.
I've reworked the sound a bit, but I can't compare it to other versions.
Maybe someone is interested!
Have fun for 7 days

Sorry. Now it's correct! How did I get Wings from McCartney?

Thanks for this, I watched this live on TV with some friends at the time.
Your mix is wetter and a bit more muffled than another copy I have, but yours can be improved overall by popping the EQ a bit.
I suspect yours is from a different feed, given the ambiance as well as the extended parts you described.

The recording comes from the TV and I didn't bother with the processing. I'm not a big Macca fan and maybe someone can relate to it.alphabeatles wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 8:55 am Thanks for this, I watched this live on TV with some friends at the time.

For a second I thought this topic was about THAT release :
https://www.discogs.com/release/1972971 ... -The-Crowd
It's called "Out in the crowd".
I had a copy of this on tape but I lost it.
I'm 99% sure (it's been thirty years...) that it's a very different mix from what is on the Misterclaudel CD or the video mix. I'm remembering it as a very dry mix, with the audience mixed very low, as if it was directly from the mixing desk. It was not the complete concert.
Would anybody have this one ? I've been wondering about it for years... Thanks in advance !
