I picked up this LP at the end of the summer and it's been staring at me ever since. So, I thought it was high time that I give it a listen and rip it to share with everyone here.

It's a PROMO LP made in 1976 in advance of the release of George's 33 1/3 album and has the unwieldy title of A Personal Music Dialogue With George Harrison At Thirty Three And 1/3. George taped this interview with the editor of Radio & Records magazine, who was amusingly named Mike Harrison. This promo LP was designed to be used for radio station promotion, for press reviews, and general promotional use. There is no music on it but there are spaces provided between interview sections for stations to insert commercials and then the songs from the LP. I have tracked the LP to match the information found on the reverse of the LP's jacket.

i wanted this LP for over 30 years before i managed to own it.
I had a friend in 1979 who volunterred at local hospital radio. He took me there to have a look around.
Being nosey i couldn't help but have a look through their record library, and noticed they had a copy of this.
I wanted it so bad! But they weren't prepared to let it go.
Finally managed to get a copy off ebay afew years ago
