Re: TAXMAN (revised + Rain)
I have redone Taxman and increased the cowbell a little and moved the bass guitar slightly to the right. I think this sounds nicer I hope you agree.
But wait, there's more!
I have also made a version like on the album with the solo at the end. And I have had another go at Rain. The last time I did these songs the algorithms still had trouble with distorted guitars but that does not seem to be the case any more, so this one sounds a bit nicer than Abracadabra.
But wait, there's still more!
You also get a totally guitar-free demix of Rain, which sounds oddly modern. Just a bit of rapping over the top and you'd have a chart hit. And also I have isolated just the guitars and drums and sped them back up to the tempo they were performed in. This is weird because they now sound like normal drums, just very very fast. The song sounds quite different in the two bridge passages without the bass guitar holding the G. You'll notice a strange and dark harmonic shift on the bits where John would normally sing "Raaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin..."

Re: TAXMAN (revised mix + Rain + extras)
Here's a version of the Revolver Abracadabra volume with the new 'Taxman', 'Rain' and 'Taxman' true ending mixes swapped in the place of the originals, plus the two new alternate 'Rain' mixes appended at the end (yes, all the tagging and filenames matches but the total number of tracks is different so delete your old folder and replace it with this one if you want it perfect):

or madam,
will you mix my song?
They said it can't be done...
please prove them wrong!
I am enclosing extra bank notes to cover the costs of postage and handling for an additional Lord Reith Wig which I would like you to send to 3 Abbey Road, St John's Wood c/o Giles Martin! (atmos style, please!). Also a huge THANK YOU, to Lord Reith...and ALL commenters who helped keep our guide inspired and agile. The main point of interest is that the original objective is now officially realized. The REVOLVER album is not locked into a stagnate state of immobility. As we can see, freedom is a state of mind and its components are 'triple critical' in their ability to exist as solid, gaseous or liquid states at the same time.

The J, the R, the P, the G!
I thrill! (uh huh!) I thrill...
to the magic I chill...
I don't live for magic...(uh huh, I will)
I live for life...just let it happen(like 3-4-5)
For the record magic number seven
REVOLVER wear your love like Heaven!

And, is the Taxman lead guitar solo the same guitar used in TNK?
Congratulations, Lord Reith! I would call your efforts...a result!
Beautiful job! (1966 Full Line Catalog Epiphone Guitars, 12 pages-----> hxxps://we.tl/t-txyKH73nMY)

Re: TAXMAN (revised mix + Rain + extras)
Many thanks for he new tracks Lord Reith Robert
KC - I don't remember what guitar was used on TNK but as far as I remember from photographs, Paul used his Fender Telecaster for the solo on Taxman. Right me if I'm wrong. Thanks for the 1966 Epi catalogue!

Re: TAXMAN (revised mix + Rain + extras)
Thanks for your support guys... I shall always wear it!
The guitar solo on Taxman sounds like a Casino to me. A Telecaster has a very twangy sound.
Anyway, I think I've made my point now. If the new Revolver remix doesn't have some demixing like the above, then I will be very surprised.
But then...
