The Next De-Martin'ed Master is one that released in 2015. The Beatles: One.



This album is a real Frankenstein's Monster, folks. 33 Tracks in Total!

All the tracks are sourced from a rip from Apple Music, except for the first three tracks, which are in mono. I figured I could just trade those tracks for the original mono singles instead. I sourced them from DESS rips of A Collection of Beatles Oldies & Please Please Me. I also have some tracks here from 1+, Including Rain and the two Anthology singles. The songs Don't Let Me Down and Let It Be were sourced from the SDE of Let It Be. Come Together and Something were sourced from the 2022 De-Martin'ed Mix of Abbey Road. This had some of the worst mastering I had ever seen on an album. Practically all of the tracks were rectangles! It's a wonder I was able to get these tracks to sound as good as they do.

Your edits basically repare the things that made me dislike the Giles mixes in the first place, for example, i liked his Lucy In The Sky remix and the way it tries to emulate the mono mix but the eq just wasn't working, y' know?, now it WORKS and it has become one of the best versions i've ever heard, so thanks for that

I thought I was done, but to everyone's surprise, they actually released the rooftop performance... Mixed by Giles Martin and Sam Okell. So I guess I had another thing to do.



I thought about editing it down to removed all the boring stuff (Them setting up the songs & all that), but I decided to keep it in. The only edits I have made were adding a fade at the beginning and the end of the recording. I applied a decompression filter, expanded the stereo & turned down the bass. This was sourced from a 24/96 download, I believe.
