Being MFP, I suspect it's one of those "soundalike" albums...

There used to be a series in the UK called Top of the Poppers, https://www.discogs.com/artist/357393-T ... he-Poppers which released collections of budget records containing soundalikes.

Apparently David Bowie's people gathered them for him. A couple of years ago, Electronic Sound magazine released this on vinyl. I grabbed a copy, but have yet to hear it as I need to buy another turntable.

It was called ‘Top Of The Fops’ and featured a photo lifted from the cover of the 1970s teen mag Mirabelle of a fake Bowie called Henry, where he was quoted as saying, “I can’t sing, I can’t write songs, and I’m not married to Angie…”. There was a couple of boots with those Elton John songs. Probably the only good covers to come from those infamous ripoff albums.
