I've watched the first three episodes and enjoyed them immensely, but not for the reasons I thought I would. New audio is scarce and I think Rubin is so overwhelmed by Macca's physical presence that he doesn't really contribute anything. But Paul's reactions and recollections are magic. We've heard a lot of them before but it's easy to forget how charming and likeable the guy is. And here he is talking about the thing he loves most. Great stuff.

Until now I had not realised Paul played piano chords like that, with fingers 2,3,4. I thought it was only John who did that.

We're getting very near the end, folx, with Episode's 5 new stuff:

I really wish Rubin would put on some shoes. You're interviewing a Beatle, show some respect.

The visuals add little if anything and do look incredibly pretentious. Who mixes standing up in an empty room in the dark?

I'm not overly bothered by the setting itself. I figure, It's COVID safe for the crew and the audience can concentrate on what they're hearing.

Paul looks a bit spooked to me though. I know I sure as hell would be, standing in this big open space in the dark with shadowy figures flitting around the outskirts. Like something out of one of Freddy Kruger's victim's dreams.
