the film came from a 2006 dvd by a film/video restoration business advertising what they can do with transferring old films.
total length of the dvd is just over 13 minutes and the Beatles part (which is silent on the dvd) comes on at the three minute mark.
it is available to watch on youtube , from the company that made the dvd


also he also has about 2 minutes of Paul and Linda Mccartney home 8 mm film from around the mid 1990's( a small part was also shown in the other youtube video above
