Here's a 15 minute truncated episode from The Repair Shop, a lovely BBC program in which members of the public bring in family heirlooms to be restored and renovated. This week featured Peter McFall (son of Ray McFall), who brought in his late fathers' Cavern diary, listing all the bookings in 1963. A few pages are shown, notably the one from 3rd August. Nothing earth shattering but a little bit of history. So lets here it for those masters of the Cavern..... Vic & The Spidermen

Thank you for posting this. For some reason I found the clip touching as well as interesting. Maybe it was Angelina. She seemed so real and in to what she was doing. OK, I found her really cute, too.
I did wonder (and have in the past) how you know to restore something rather than leaving it its most authentic state.
