The "tickets on sale" footage is taken in front of George's Hall at the St. George's Building, on High Street in Belfast. This is a little odd, because they played at The King's Hall, several miles away, but perhaps that's the way it worked back then.

A cleaner copy of the interview footage can be found on YouTube.

Also, that superimposed leader on the airport footage (seen as The Beatles begin to depart the plane) isn't on the version from itnsource, so someone's gone and put it there for some reason.
