This was listed by a trader among the material which is out there (somewhere on this board I can't remember where)
My guess is he's planning to trade the rest
If so, I've said this before but I'll say it again... I'd make an offer if I actually had anything to start trading with...

More of this footage can be seen on Apple 1968 promo film.
The full audio has surfaced I think (not sure whether it's multitrack or camera audio), firstly I think from Midnight Beat's Gone Tomorrow Here Today.
Oh, and Peter Jackson said four hours of footage from this era exists although I wouldn't be surprised if that includes the Hey Bulldog/Lady Madonna footage.
Also apparently there is more trade only film of Hey Jude, both the EMI session and David Frost Show promo outtakes.

I do but I won't post that because I trust the person who gave it to me. Would be a dick move to f*ck them over.

Sorry this is all I'm going to post. I don't screw over my friends, I only shared this because the person who gave it to me was rude and I don't like to be disrespected like that. I hope they learn from this when they interact with other people.
