Billy - in most cases the black and white images - or at least a similar from the same session - is included in its original form. You will be thrilled to read the book but if those some pics are a turn off I cant help you.

My copy has just arrived and it looks immense! Amazing how, even on a 1st cursory flick through, I've spotted a photo I've never seen before from 1962. Looking forward to making my way through it all.

My copy is on the way to me. Although I don't understand, why it has to be sent from Hoofddorp (near Amsterdam) to Neuss (near Duesseldorf), while I live 20 km outside of Hamburg.

Finally, my copy arrived today.

Ordered in March, got a "sent" message from Apcor end of April, tracked it at PostNL, and they said it was returned to sender because of a wrong delivery address.
Wrote a message to Apcor and said that the delivery address is correct. Got a message from Apcor that they were surprised that the local postman brought them 17! parcels back with a supposedly wrong delivery address. The mistake was on PostNL. Apcor re-shipped it. Now I'm holding the book in my hands (well not while I'm writing this) and I'm happy.

OK, what I'm most excited for now is to read the proof, who played lead guitar on "Cry For A Shadow".
