New A Spaniard In The Works Vid Is In Horrible Quality

For context, a new vid featuring John reading snippets of his book has been uploaded to YouTube. The quality is dreadful and probably from a crap bootleg. They have a good quality version, judging from Anthology, and one beatleg had a decent looking version. What is the deal here?
