Freshly made pizza at a nearest small local pizza place where the dough is made fresh daily may be greasier than desired, but always tastes better and sits in the stomach better as it digests than some of the too spicey pizza franchises out there. Over 40, with acid reflux, so iy'd good to be a block away from a Nino's pizza place.

Yeah I mean myself coming from Illinois, Lou Malnati's is hard to beat.
Malnati's thin crust is excellent.
Isn't it! 8-)

Also, I would submit that pizza should always be home delivered. It should never be eaten in a restaurant.

The proper way to eat pizza is out of the box, in front of the telly or listening to a Beatleg.

Restaurant pizza is sometimes okay if it's more gourmet-style though I hate pizza buffets.

"One other secret, my friend. Not only should the dough be made fresh daily,
but the day before it's baked. That's how the magic starts."
