This one is not the correct one , but is the closest I can find. It shows the audience not seated and pressing on to the stage as described. The correct photograph has Paul at the mike only and I think a lighter background. But the angle the photograph is taken from is very close to the correct one.
The fourth one I cannot find. I can't remember much of this one apart from it was black & white and they were stood up. I think Paul had his head to the side, demonstrating the 'long' haircut.
