Hi all,

This is my first post here, but I used to be on BZ quite a bit.
Lovely to find you all!

I did a quick google and found this template to editable files to make your own Monopoly.

The cards aren't very flashy, but the board does look quite good.

Years ago, before we'd seen custom Monopolies, my brother, cousin and I made our own Aussie version with local record stores and companies.
It was fun. We also did a Dalek Invasion Of Earth game.

Here's the link: https://bradfrost.com/blog/post/monopol ... -template/

I shouldn't be shocked this thread exists.
I am a fan of Monopoly and was considering an idea to to make a different, Beatles themed board game than the one that exists.

My idea was to use LP / EP titles for the properties. The railroads could be represented by their films.
Houses and hotels could be gold and platnimum records. Instead of rent, it counld be royalties.
Game pieces would be musical instruments, guitars, drums, harmonica , etc.

The utlities could be performinmg venues ? just spitballing ideas.

I was a pinball wizz at high school, but my passion faded when it all got too gimmicky around the late 80s. So I'm not sure if there ever was one.

And, please, don't mention that cheap plastic yellow submarine thing. I mean a real full sized game.
There is!

COOL! Or FAB in this case?

I long for that pinball machine with all my heart.

If it came to a choice between the 27 minute helter Skelter and the pin table, I would take the latter in a New York second.
