Anybody else having trouble with WeTransfer?

For a couple of hours now, I've been getting the same error on different WeTransfer pages. I first get the notification that the download has started (but it never does), and then suddenly a white page appears with this notice:

Houston, we have a problem
Sorry, we couldn’t find the page you were looking for.
You can try again or let us know what happened.
Send your error code to support@wetransfer.com and we’ll try to help!

I sent the error code, so I'm not really concerned...but I was just wondering if anyone else had been having similar problems.

for the last three months i can not download any wetransfer file . it seems google chrome does not support my windows vista pc anymore which really sucks . even firefox does not work for any wetransfer files either . wish there was an easy way to fix this .

I'm also having this problem, however when I refreshed the page twice the download started.

Windows 10 and OPERA = Never had a problem

Earlier today, the site was apologetic about being down for maintenance. It lasted about 30 minutes.
There were other WeTransfer links that worked fine during the service closure. So it may have been a single server.
Otherwise, I consider WT to be one of the few upload sites that has never failed. Today's downtime was the first such experience I've ever had from them. They are forgiven. The only times I've had problems with (ANY) downloading was when I had failed to update my OS(Windows 10) for about 30 days. I was getting 'Bad Gateway 202(?)' etc just trying to get to the link. So, after a couple of UPDATES AVAILABLE installations, and a hard shut down...the computer performs like new. No snags for over a year. I don't even have anti-virus or any other form of extortion.

It works for me on Windows 10....although there is an apologetic message displayed, so clearly they are having problems.

Back up and zooming along today...but it's good to know I wasn't the only one having problems.
