I always thought it was McCartney, considering its a bass driven song from the off. Probably from a separate track as George's voice is obviously slowed down, whereas the 'background' count in is normal.

I always thought it was Paul doing the overdubbed growling count-in and John in the background doing the real count-in in his "spastic" voice.
